Drama, bad attitude or excuses why you can't come in to work are all deal breakers for us.
Experience in landscape work is a plus but for the right person it is not a requirement. An interest in the work we do is also a plus. 401K with employer matching available, health insurance available, plus other benefits as well for established employees. Contact Dan@plantsmen.com
The Plantsmen Nursery has an opening on our landscape maintenance crew. This crew focuses on custom care for our clients' gardens. We do not mow lawns--if that is what you are looking for, this is not the right job.
We do hand work--weeding, pruning, edging beds, raking, moving mulch in wheelbarrows...all custom work and some of it is heavy work. The same crew also does planting projects and helps out occasionally on other types of landscape jobs, but the main focus is quality maintenance.
*Must be reasonably strong and in good physical condition to keep up with the work.
*Must have a team attitude and be a positive person willing to take direction.
*Must provide a couple of work references that we will check.
